"I had phoned Myles cars when our car was not there at the appointed time. I was advised they would be 5 to 10 mionutes. They did not arrive and we managed to get another taxi at 1110pm. 25 minutes late. I would like a refund of the money I paid to book the taxi which was £20.50"

Great communication from your coordinating team!! 2 things: I was misquoted the price so had to pay an additional £60 just to get a regular saloon (Skoda) rather than the original vehicle I requested. Also the driver drove extremely fast, to the point that my son was physically sick. There was no rush to get to the ferry. The passengers did tip the driver so I am not going to leave more at this point. Thank you for getting my kids to the ferry!"

"I did not get an executive vehicle on my way out, but an uncomfortable Ford Galaxy which I disliked and generated frustration. I planned my transfers way ahead of time and spent a lot of time on the phone with people who didn't listen to me and didn't understand what I was saying. I (thought I) finally got all sorted out with great effort, only to find myself at this point. I obviously want a partial refund, as the service I got was inferior to the one I booked."

"I ordered a Mercedes V-Class to take my groomsmen and I to my wedding. The car that eventually came 15 mins late was a smaller BMW that could not fit everyone, and was not in good condition. 2 of my groomsmen had to get an Uber. To add insult to injury, the Uber was far cheaper, better and arrived promptly. I wish I'd got an Uber. I'm still awaiting a refund. "

Having had the issues in the morning with the first car, it was extremely disappointing that the second vehicle was so far off the mark. Again, I’m still awaiting a refund and I would have been far better off with an Uber. "
